At Paper Ghost Digital (PGD), we believe in the systems we build. We know that when our ad strategies are paired with proper follow-up and CRM automation, they generate results. That's why we offer a Conditional Guarantee to our clients.

This is a conditional performance guarantee, not a money-back guarantee. It is designed to ensure we stay committed to your success — provided you hold up your end of the partnership.

1. Scope of the Guarantee

This guarantee covers lead generation only. PGD's promise is to deliver qualified leads who match your target audience and are ready for you to follow up with.

PGD does not guarantee:

  • Closed sales or signed contracts
  • Revenue or specific dollar amounts
  • Appointment show-up rates
  • Conversion rates from leads to customers

These outcomes depend entirely on your sales process, offer quality, pricing, customer service, and follow-up execution — all of which are outside PGD's control.

The definition of a "qualified lead" for your engagement is documented at the start of the engagement and is binding for the purposes of this guarantee.

2. The Guarantee

If you do not achieve the agreed lead goal within the first agreed timeframe of our active campaigns, our remedy kicks in — provided you have met all conditions outlined in Section 3 below.

3. Client Conditions

Marketing is a partnership. For this guarantee to remain valid, you must meet all four of the following conditions. If any of these conditions is not met, the conditional guarantee voids automatically and PGD has no further obligation.

Condition 1

Ad Commitment

You must run ads to the funnel for a minimum of 3 months. The ad spend amount must either be the amount PGD advises or a mutually agreed-upon amount documented at the start of the engagement.

Condition 2

Follow-Up Discipline

You must follow PGD's follow-up system, including:

  • Showing up to booked appointments and actively trying to close the sale.
  • Following up consistently via text, call, and email.
  • Activity must be provable — meaning logged in the CRM with screenshots, time-stamped records, or other clear documentation.
Condition 3

The PGD 3 Pillars of Foundation

You must have all three pillars in place and maintained throughout the engagement:

  • A professional website.
  • An optimized Google Business Profile (GBP) — proper info, ideally with reviews.
  • A professional Facebook Business Page (FBP).
Condition 4

Lead Feedback Reporting

You must provide PGD with lead quality feedback on at least a weekly basis. This includes:

  • Which leads were receptive vs. cold or unresponsive.
  • Which leads are progressing toward a sale vs. stalling.
  • Any patterns you are observing (e.g., wrong demographic, wrong intent, leads asking for something different than expected).
  • General feedback on lead quality and fit.

This feedback loop is critical — it is what PGD uses to optimize ads, refine targeting, and adjust funnel and follow-up sequences. If you fail to provide this feedback consistently (defined as missing weekly reports for two or more consecutive weeks), the guarantee voids.

4. The Remedy

If all four conditions are met and PGD fails to deliver the agreed lead volume within the guarantee timeframe, the remedy is as follows:

PGD will continue running and managing ads at no management fee — meaning PGD waives its management/retainer fee for the extended period — until the agreed lead volume is reached.

THIS IS NOT A MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. THE REMEDY IS CONTINUED SERVICE. YOU REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR AD SPEND DURING THE EXTENDED PERIOD, AS THAT MONEY GOES DIRECTLY TO THE AD PLATFORMS AND NOT TO PGD.
