At Paper Ghost Digital (PGD), we are committed to building effective systems that turn leads into paying customers. Because our work involves custom strategy, setup, and dedicated time from our team, we have a firm refund policy to set clear expectations from day one.
1. General Policy & The Refund Window
We offer a 3-day refund window only if work has not yet begun. Once our team begins working on your project, campaigns, or systems, our services are strictly non-refundable. We invest significant time, expertise, and resources into building your assets, and that time cannot be recovered.
"Work has commenced" is defined as ANY of the following events occurring:
- PGD has built your client portal.
- PGD has set up onboarding assets (these take hours to set up and exist for communication clarity).
- The kickoff call has been completed.
Once any of these three triggers occur, the refund window is permanently closed — regardless of how recent the invoice is.
2. Monthly Retainers & Ongoing Service Fees
Monthly retainers and ongoing service fees are always prepaid and always non-refundable. This applies to all recurring service fees.
For example, if your monthly retainer is $800/month (broken down as $300 to ad spend and $500 to PGD for ad copy, creative, management, setup, funnel updates, follow-up updates, and ongoing optimization), the entire amount paid to PGD is non-refundable once billed.
3. Ad Spend is Paid to Platforms
Any money allocated for ad spend is paid directly to the advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google). PGD does not hold or collect your ad spend. Therefore, ad spend is entirely non-refundable by PGD under any circumstances.
If you have billing disputes regarding ad spend, you must address them directly with the respective ad platform.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your ongoing services with us at any time. However, we require a 30-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. If you cancel mid-cycle, we do not prorate or refund the remainder of that month's fee, but we will continue to service your account until the end of the current billing period.
